Overview

As a Staff Product Designer, you’ll impact the lives of everyday people and help them move from surviving to thriving with digital personal finance solutions. You'll work on exciting projects that directly impact our member’s success.

In Short

• Lead the design of consumer-facing experiences in the Lending business unit.
• Build user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Translate business goals into clear user experiences.
• Influence product strategy through user advocacy.
• Conduct competitive explorations to boost performance.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system.
• Facilitate design workshops and collaborative activities.
• Mentor other designers and support their growth.
• Communicate design intentions clearly to stakeholders.
• Own learning the industry and help teams achieve outcomes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a hands-on Designer.
• Experience in regulated or compliance-heavy environments.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools.
• Experience in creating scalable design solutions across platforms.
• High quality in interaction and visual design.
• Knowledge of WCAG requirements and mobile guidelines.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience in lending products is a plus.
