The Villa Butler is responsible for ensuring a pleasant and memorable stay for hotel guests by providing personalized assistance and coordinating services.

• Provide assistance to hotel guests to ensure a pleasant stay.
• Coordinate with Room Service for VIP guest amenities.
• Welcome VIP guests upon arrival and assist them throughout their stay.
• Check in and check out guests in a friendly manner.
• Address guest requests and complaints promptly.
• Familiarize guests with hotel facilities and services.
• Ensure smooth communication between shifts for operational efficiency.
• Manage guest transportation requests and deliveries.
• Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
• Engage with guests to create meaningful interactions.

Requirements

• University Degree in any field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in Russian; additional languages are a plus.
