• Work with CFOs of private equity portfolio companies.
• Focus on finance strategy and process improvements.
• Conduct capability and maturity assessments.

• Enhance financial processes including order-to-cash and FP&A.
• Drive initiatives to improve effectiveness and reduce costs.
• Develop KPI dashboards and tracking tools.
• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Build relationships with C-suite personnel and private equity sponsors.
• Travel across Europe for client engagements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a client-serving role.
• Experience managing multiple projects and client dynamics.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of strategic finance best practices.
• Expertise in financial business processes.
• Experience in finance automation and technology deployment.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Client service mindset.
