Overview

As a Lead Software Engineer at Accor Tech & Digital, you will play a key role in the technological transformation of the hospitality industry, overseeing the development team and ensuring the adoption of engineering best practices.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in software engineering and architecture.
• 3 years of experience as a Tech Lead or similar role.
• Expertise in AWS, Terraform, and CI/CD (GitLab).
• Experience in high traffic and high performance environments.
• Good knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent command of English, both oral and written.
