Junior Project Manager - Internship - Remote

Overview

The Luxury & Lifestyle purchasing team is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join the Corporate teams based in Paris. Reporting to the Director of Luxury & Lifestyle projects, the team is responsible for supporting and coordinating FF&E/OS&E purchases for opening projects in Europe.

In Short

• Participate in feasibility studies and establish preliminary estimates
• Create and update product listings
• Update budget tracking and produce summary documents for clients
• Prepare orders for FF&E, OS&E, and specific hotel equipment and ensure their logistical follow-up until installation on site
• Manage project administration from quotes to service orders and billing follow-up
• Prepare and manage various financial tables for budget/expenses, invoice tracking, and data recording
• Manage administrative and financial deadlines of contracts
• Handle various administrative declarations and formalities related to international procurement
• Manage supplier relationships
• Organize technical and operational meetings
• Collaborate with Technical and Design departments, International Purchasing, Management Control, and Legal
• Organize the financial closure of projects

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of hotel equipment categories
• In-depth knowledge of international luxury and lifestyle hotel concepts
• Knowledge of technical terms in construction projects and the hotel purchasing sector
• Strong writing skills
• Proficiency in English
• Proficiency in office tools, especially spreadsheets
