Overview

As an Accolade Care Advocate Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist, you will be a key member of the Quality Assurance Team for our Care Advocates, responsible for monitoring and evaluating client call interactions and associated documentation.

In Short

  • Monitor and evaluate client call interactions.
  • Document performance strengths and weaknesses.
  • Provide feedback to Stewards utilizing audit results.
  • Highlight compliance and process issues.
  • Ensure service expectations among staff.
  • Provide ongoing feedback on client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of experience.
  • Experience in a customer care/call center environment.
  • Previous QA role experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proven interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with a desire to add value.
  • Ability to operate with change and uncertainty.
  • Client focused.
