The Product Owner & Business Support Analyst is responsible for defining, managing, and delivering internal product requirements to support the company’s day-to-day operations.

• Proven expertise in managing product backlogs.
• Skilled in writing detailed user stories.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable tasks.
• Experience in facilitating workshops and managing stakeholder alignment.
• Strong ownership mindset and autonomous operation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
