Project Accounting Assistant - Remote

Overview

The Project Accounting Assistant will be responsible for the operational and financial administration for the business region/business unit, ensuring effective communication within various departments and the overall organization.

In Short

• Responsible for operational and financial administration.
• Ensure KPIs goals are attained for Days Revenue Outstanding (DRO).
• Review vendor invoices and code consultant/subcontractors.
• Setup contracts/projects/tasks in accounting software.
• Produce draft invoices for review and submission.
• Make timecard adjustments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Manage outstanding WIP and assist regional managers.
• Support F&A with monthly close process.
• Work with regional managers on overall operations.
• Flexible work location including remote and onsite options.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ professional services invoicing experience with Deltek Vision.
