In Short

  • We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Success Manager to join our dynamic team.
  • The Client Success Manager will ensure our clients achieve their desired outcomes through the effective use of ADM's services.
  • This role requires a deep understanding of digital media, strong analytical skills, and building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Understand client goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable insights.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new clients.
  • Handle client inquiries and issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with sales and account teams for upselling opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in client success management or related roles.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital media campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
