We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Success Manager to join our dynamic team.
The Client Success Manager will ensure our clients achieve their desired outcomes through the effective use of ADM's services.
This role requires a deep understanding of digital media, strong analytical skills, and building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Understand client goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable insights.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization.
Facilitate the onboarding of new clients.
Handle client inquiries and issues effectively.
Collaborate with sales and account teams for upselling opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in client success management or related roles.
Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital media campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
