Requirements

• Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and disease processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to analyze and prioritize workload effectively.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Critical thinking skills for documentation assessment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and coding accuracy standards.
