Financial Analyst, Revenue Analytics - Remote

Overview

Absolute is seeking an experienced, energetic, analytical-minded person looking to continue their professional development within a fast-paced Global Finance Team. This position involves daily operational tasks, resolutions, and day-to-day communication with leadership across the organization. The ideal candidate will draw upon advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a passion for building solutions for automated operational management.

In Short

• Own the maintenance of performance dashboards, metrics, reports, analyses, etc., to drive key business decisions
• Uploading critical data to key growth models for sales and revenue reporting and forecasting
• Build scalable, efficient, and automated data processes to inform business decision-making
• Proactively develop new metrics and studies to quantify customer behavior and reduce customer churn
• Develop, maintain, and analyze sales and operational data sets using Power BI and FP&A planning tools
• Identify, report, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within Power BI
• Serve as a business partner and contributor to growth strategies and planning
• Participate in the evolution and execution of financial updates for stakeholders
• Protect the security and privacy of Absolute and its customers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Data Analytics or equivalent; MBA and/or CFA preferred
• 3+ years of experience in corporate finance, data analytics, and/or consulting roles in the Software/SaaS industry
• Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data management tools (e.g., SQL)
• Excellent analytical skills and in-depth experience with financial statement analysis
• Experience with financial and strategic planning, operational budgeting, and capital budgeting
• Proficiency in analyzing, reporting, and modeling key Software/SaaS metrics
• Experience with ERP systems and FP&A planning tools is a plus
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask
