Abramson Labor Group is a leading employment and workers' compensation law firm dedicated to advocating for employees' rights. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Internal Document Review Attorney to join our Workers’ Compensation practice.

In Short

• Conduct comprehensive review and analysis of case files and litigation-related documents.
• Identify relevant facts and key issues to support trial attorneys.
• Draft case summaries and recommendations for litigation strategy.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in internal case documentation.
• Collaborate with trial representatives and managing attorneys.
• Assist in preparation of exhibits and supporting documentation for trial.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
• Newly barred attorneys are encouraged to apply.
• Full-time position with remote work option.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the California State Bar.
• 1–3+ years of legal experience; prior exposure to Workers’ Compensation law preferred.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.
