Overview

As Engineering Manager for Platform & Enablement, your mission is to make every engineering team at ablefy faster, safer, and more reliable by leading three specialized teams covering DevOps, Platform Engineering, and Automated Quality Assurance.

• Lead and develop teams across DevOps, Platform, and AQA.

Requirements

• Experience in leading DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering functions.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and multi-region deployments.
• Ability to consolidate monitoring stacks for operational clarity.
• Experience managing multi-discipline engineering teams.
• Understanding of cost management in cloud and tooling.
• Familiarity with automated quality assurance frameworks.
• Proficiency in AI applications in engineering.
• Ability to earn respect through architectural judgment.
• Bonus: Familiarity with PostgreSQL and compliance-related infrastructure.
