Requirements

• Degree in Human Services related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of community support experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others.
• Experience in supervising diverse staff.
• Proficient in written and oral communication skills.
• Strong ability to think creatively and build community relationships.
• Experience with reflective practice preferred.
