In Short

  • Conduct value discovery sessions with key customers.
  • Articulate the gap between current and desired states for clients.
  • Build and maintain customer/partner relationships.
  • Be a strategic advisor to customers/partners.
  • Identify and facilitate customer training needs.
  • Prevent and eliminate obstacles for customers.
  • Manage customer expectations regarding timelines and resolutions.
  • Research and investigate customer issues.
  • Identify and measure customer product usage and satisfaction.
  • Drive customer references and advocacy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Pre-Sales or Technical Account Management.
  • SaaS experience required.
  • Business and technical acumen.
  • Experience with OCR, Intelligent Document Processing, or similar technologies.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent customer-facing and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proven self-starter with a strong track record.
  • Advance proficiency in MS Office Suite.
