The Director DSA - Data & Technology Ops is a leadership role within Clinical Analytics responsible for driving vision, strategy, talent management, and operations delivery while fostering a culture of experimentation to enable data-driven insights for complex business problems.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in statistics, mathematics, analytics, or equivalent with 8-10 years of experience; or MS with 12+ years.
• 6+ years of people management experience.
• Expertise in Data Visualizations, Big Data, AI, Machine Learning.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to influence senior executives.
• Understanding of clinical development processes.
