As the Drug Value Strategy Senior Manager, you will be using your coding skills to manage and transform big data into meaningful information and customized solutions for our clients.

In Short

• Design and develop data solutions using data mining, modeling, and machine learning.
• Evaluate data scenarios and deliver predictive models.
• Utilize programming languages and visualization software for data analysis.
• Lead the development of analytic tools for client reporting.
• Develop and manage specialty programs in collaboration with pharmacies.
• Create monthly and quarterly specialty spend reports.
• Optimize specialty claims auditing process.
• Drive generation of client-facing tools for feasibility and forecasting.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for complex reporting.
• Other tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience with healthcare data analytics.
• 2+ years of experience with medical or pharmacy data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in Python, R, SQL, and statistical modeling.
• Experience with cloud-based data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills in healthcare analysis.
• Experience in project management and data visualization.
• Experience managing strategic initiatives in healthcare.
• Availability for on-call hours as needed.
