As a Product Ambassador / Technical Customer Success Manager at Abacum, you will play a vital role in driving customer engagement and ensuring successful adoption of our business planning solution tailored for finance teams.

  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement within the customer success team.
  • Develop Technical Adoption Plans for customers.
  • Foster relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Be proactive in reducing customer churn.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B customer success or FP&A.
  • Technical understanding of FP&A software.
  • Experience in driving software adoption.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions effectively.
