Overview

We are seeking a licensed pharmacist to join our healthcare consulting team as a senior solution consultant, focusing on medical drug and pharmacy benefit performance consulting.

• Work in a matrix management environment as a member of the pharmacy team.
• Lead the development and identification of opportunities to reduce payer drug costs.

Requirements

• 6+ years of managed care pharmacy experience in a health plan, PBM, or integrated health system.
• 4+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, specifically on the payer side.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Licensed Pharmacist.
• Demonstrated experience in pharmacy benefit management.
• Track record in pharmacy and medical drug utilization analysis.
• Strong professional communication skills.
• Experience coaching and mentoring team members.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills.
