Overview

The Senior IT Administrator is responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's IT infrastructure, focusing on the Microsoft stack, including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Microsoft Defender 365, Intune, Office 365 applications, and SharePoint.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of IT administration experience, with 3 years in a senior role.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus.
• Experience in network and system administration, IT security, and technical support.
• Proficient in various operating systems (Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android).
• Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 / Entra ID administration.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership abilities with a focus on team development.
