Instructional Designer (Contract) - Remote

Overview

This role is for a creative Instructional Designer to help deliver training that sticks, working in a hybrid schedule for a temporary assignment.

• Temporary role for 3 months
• Hybrid schedule: 2 days remote, 3 days in-office
• Partner with trainers & SMEs
• Build interactive e-learning in Articulate 360
• Develop job aids and videos
• Manage multiple deliverables
• Apply adult learning principles
• 3+ years of instructional design experience required
• Proficiency in Articulate 360 is a must
• Contract pay: $30 - $38/hour

Requirements

• 3+ years of instructional design experience
• Proficiency with Articulate 360
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work fast and produce polished work
