Outpatient Registered Nurse - RN - Remote

Overview

The Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing and coordinating clinically competent care for patients, participating in decision-making and quality improvement activities as part of the End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD) health care team.

• Accountable for patient assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Delegates tasks to direct patient care staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• CPR BLS Certification required.
• Entry-level position for RNs with less than 1 year of Nephrology Nursing experience.
• Preferred: 9 months experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Preferred: Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience.
• Must meet practice requirements in the state of employment.
• Ability to perform physical demands of the job.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
