Outpatient Registered Nurse - RN - Remote

Overview

The Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing and coordinating clinically competent care for patients, participating in decision-making, and enhancing patient care outcomes in the End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD) healthcare team.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• CPR BLS Certification required.
• Entry-level for RNs with less than 2 years of experience.
• Preferred experience in chronic/acute hemodialysis.
• Must meet practice requirements in the state of employment.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Experience in patient care and nursing assessment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a healthcare facility environment.
