OTC Collections Supervisor - Remote

Overview

This role is responsible for the delivery of work of a certain cluster or sub-team under the Order to Cash (O2C) function within the established policy and agreed service level.

In Short

• Oversee and review O2C accounting functions.
• Supervise the day-to-day work of the assigned cluster/sub-team.
• Ensure quality completion of all deliverables as per agreed service levels.
• Provide support in O2C operations for complex transactions.
• Proactive involvement in determining improvement areas.
• Lead the issue resolution process and escalate as needed.
• Lead timely reporting and review of KPIs.
• Develop a high-performing team.
• Provide guidance, support, coaching, and training to team members.
• Contribute to the overall management and development of the O2C Tower.

Requirements

• Graduate of Finance or Business related bachelor's degree.
• More than 5 years of professional experience in order to cash processes.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and SAP.
• Strong leadership skills; preferably with supervisory experience.
• Intermediate MS Office skills (Pivot, VLookup, CountIFs, etc.).
• SAP User with 1-2 years of experience.
