Overview

The Intercompany Process Transformation Manager plays a critical role in driving process excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement within the shared services organization.

In Short

  • Supports the development, implementation, and optimization of intercompany processes.
  • Works closely with global process owners, leads, and business stakeholders.
  • Ensures alignment with global standards and facilitates transition to future-state service models.
  • Contributes to major ERP transformation initiatives, such as SAP S/4HANA.
  • Maintains process documentation and supports consistent application of global standards.
  • Tracks project progress and manages deliverables.
  • Participates in workshops and working sessions with global teams.
  • Monitors process performance and identifies opportunities for improvement.
  • Provides day-to-day guidance to process users.
  • Fosters a business-enabling mindset and promotes a mission-driven culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5–7 years of experience in process excellence or transformation initiatives.
  • Global exposure and ability to navigate cross-cultural teams.
  • Strong ability to drive innovation and streamline operations.
  • Certifications in Six Sigma and/or PMP are a strong advantage.
