Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Contact Center Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term basis (9-month contract). The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing team backlogs and ensuring operational stability, contributing to daily operations' smooth and efficient functioning.

In Short

  • Review, prioritize, and resolve backlog items.
  • Identify and address areas of instability within processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain detailed records of backlog items and resolutions.
  • Provide regular updates on backlog status to management.
  • First-line support for HR questions from employees and managers.
  • Expert user of Workday and other HR systems.
  • Document calls and code for reporting purposes.
  • Provide accurate resolutions through multiple channels.
  • Recommend process improvements for efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of related experience in HR Contact Center.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a BPO environment.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Open to fresh graduates with excellent communication skills.
  • Amenable to a fixed-term employment for 9 months.
  • Willing to work in a Hybrid set-up (3x a week onsite).
  • Amenable to work on a Night shift schedule.
  • Amenable to work on-site in Taguig.
