• Lead the design process from concept to execution, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to conduct user research and usability testing
• Knowledge of design principles and best practices
• Experience in mentoring junior designers
• Attention to detail and a passion for user-centered design
