In Short

• Identify problems and provide action plans for complex issues related to CT.
• Provide product support remotely or on-site in Canada and Latin America.
• Dispatch notifications with quality action plans.
• Share expert advice and train lower-level employees.
• Drive individual KPIs to meet customer/business needs.
• Proactively provide updates on assigned tasks.
• Independently identify issues, perform research, and develop corrective actions.
• Work in a global team of healthcare professionals.
• Shift hours are 12:00 - 21:00 U.S. East Coast Hours.
• Must have a valid passport and bilingual skills preferred.

Requirements

• Associates Degree or 2 years of vocational technical training required.
• More than 5 years of experience with Siemens CT systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication skills required.
• SAP knowledge preferred.
• Bilingual in Portuguese or Spanish preferred.
