In Short

• Lead end-to-end project delivery in Digital Health.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources.
• Serve as the single point of accountability for project success.
• Build strong relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Apply and adapt PMI-based project methodologies.
• Develop and deliver project status reports and dashboards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and financials.
• Mentor team members on project management best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.
• Promote a culture of accountability and delivery excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience.
• Proven experience managing large, complex projects.
• Familiarity with Patient Health Management and/or Big Data Analytics.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma.
• Strong expertise in PMI methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in EPM tools and Microsoft Project.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
