• Lead and deliver multiple concurrent digital projects across web, app, email, and display channels.
• Engage clients to gather detailed business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, and creative teams.
• Develop estimates/quotes and technical delivery approaches.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Translate requirements into Epics and User Stories.
• Plan and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
• Provide transparent status, risks, and budget updates to stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Mentor and guide project teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of digital project management experience.
• Strong technical aptitude with a solid understanding of web technologies.
• Agile delivery certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner) or PRINCE2.
• Experience with QA processes and test planning.
• Working knowledge of accessibility, SEO, and web analytics considerations.
• Exceptional organization and time management skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Confluence, JIRA, and Workbook.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
