Right now, we’re looking for someone to take ownership of a critical growth infrastructure project for our client in the field of higher education.

In Short

• Design and implement a conversion-focused reporting dashboard.
• Set up a full-funnel reporting dashboard from first website visit to qualified lead to customer.
• Integrate HubSpot CRM with relevant data sources.
• Define key funnel metrics and ensure they are captured and visualized.
• Advise on the right tools, structure, and workflow.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in growth marketing, marketing ops, or funnel optimization.
• Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM.
• Confidence in working with tracking tools and data pipelines.
• Proven track record with reverse ETL and no-code tools.
• Ability to think in systems and flows.
• Bonus: Experience in higher education.
