Senior UI/UX Designer - Remote

Overview

A Senior UI/UX Designer is needed to create user-centered applications for the federal government, working with modern open-source technologies on AWS. This role involves collaboration with designers, developers, and federal stakeholders to enhance user experience.

Requirements

• 8+ years of UI/UX design experience.
• 3+ years of UX architecture and design expertise for enterprise applications on AWS.
• Proficiency in Figma and digital whiteboarding tools.
• Experience in designing large-scale enterprise applications.
• Ability to negotiate design trade-offs with stakeholders.
• A portfolio showcasing design processes and deliverables.
• Experience producing user flows, journey maps, and wireframes.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience conducting interviews with stakeholders and end users.
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
