In Short

Facilitate effective communication with client project stakeholders regarding project status and recommendations.
Craft client code that is efficient, performant, testable, scalable, secure, and of the highest quality.
Participate in planning and estimation efforts, utilizing project methods and tools.
Gather requirements and organize/present developed features for clients.
Execute complex activities within current methodology and quality standards.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and managers to understand user pain points and iterate on solutions.
Engage in agile software development activities.
Drive project delivery within defined architecture.

Requirements

Experience working on a team and delivering a product you are proud of.
A minimum of 3 years experience in React with TypeScript (or similar).
At least 5 years of experience in Java (SpringBoot, JUnit, Gradle, other open source libraries).
Over 5 years of professional experience building web applications in an Agile/Scrum environment and deploying in the cloud (AWS preferred).
The ability to lead technical architecture discussions.
A knack for writing understandable, testable, and maintainable code.
Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts.
Solid computer science fundamentals.
A strong understanding of testing and the test pyramid.
Proficiency in the English language.
