In Short

• Facilitate effective communication with client project stakeholders regarding project status and recommendations.
• Craft client code that is efficient, performant, testable, scalable, secure, and of the highest quality.
• Participate in planning and estimation efforts, utilizing project methods and tools.
• Gather requirements and organize/present developed features for clients.
• Execute complex activities within current methodology and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and managers to understand user pain points and iterate on solutions.
• Engage in agile software development activities.
• Drive project delivery within defined architecture.

Requirements

• Experience working on a team and delivering a product you are proud of.
• A minimum of 3 years experience in React with TypeScript (or similar).
• At least 5 years of experience in Java (SpringBoot, JUnit, Gradle, other open source libraries).
• Over 5 years of professional experience building web applications in an Agile/Scrum environment and deploying in the cloud (AWS preferred).
• The ability to lead technical architecture discussions.
• A knack for writing understandable, testable, and maintainable code.
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts.
• Solid computer science fundamentals.
• A strong understanding of testing and the test pyramid.
• Proficiency in the English language.
