In Short

Facilitate effective communication with client project stakeholders regarding project status and recommendations.
Craft client code that is not just efficient, but also performant, testable, scalable, secure, and of the highest quality.
Actively participate in accurate planning and estimation efforts, utilizing project methods and tools.
Engage in agile software development, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, team retrospectives, and other governance activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that technical decisions align with project goals and timelines.
Enforce coding standards, review code and mentor team members to maintain high code quality.
Address complex technical challenges and provide guidance on solving technical problems.

Requirements

Hybrid work module (3 days from the office and 2 days remote).
A minimum of 4+ years of experience in Java (min Java 11), Spring, Spring Boot, microservices, Angular, RxJS, CSS.
Experience in Agile software development methodologies.
Proficiency in the English language and good communication skills.
Mandatory Skills: Java 17, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular 11+, Material UI, CSS, Typescript.
Experience with automated testing and debugging tools.
Banking and financial background is a plus.
Cloud - AWS Knowledge.
