CRM Administrator - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced CRM Administrator to manage and optimize our Atlas CRM system. In this role, you’ll ensure data integrity, configure workflows in Jira and Confluence, and support cross-functional teams by streamlining operations and improving the customer journey.

In Short

• Administer and maintain Atlas CRM, ensuring data integrity and consistency;
• Manage and configure Jira and Confluence to enhance workflow efficiency;
• Add and customize CRM fields to meet business requirements;
• Develop and maintain documentation;
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions within CRM;
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to users;
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organization - including Sales, Account Management, Billing, Legal, Integration and Backend - to streamline processes, enhance customer experiences, and drive operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CRM Administrator;
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Atlas;
• Experience with Jira and Confluence;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
• Strong documentation skills;
• Effective communication skills;
• Attention to detail;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities;
• Technical background is a plus.
