Overview

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled professional to join our team as an IT Solutions & AI Development Specialist. The role requires strong foundational IT knowledge, solution development skills, and a forward-looking approach to emerging technologies, particularly AI, machine learning, and large language models.

• Remote position based in the Philippines.
• Full-time role with fixed shift hours from 8 AM to 5 PM Philippine time.
• Involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and solution requirements.
• Designing and developing system architectures and solutions.
• Conducting testing and providing ongoing support.
• Writing and debugging code in modern programming languages.
• Supporting networking environments (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP).
• Engaging in AI and emerging technologies for solution enhancement.
• Producing clear technical documentation and communicating with stakeholders.
• Participating in team workshops and knowledge-sharing activities.

Requirements

• Self-starter with strong English communication skills.
• Formal IT qualifications or Microsoft-specific certifications.
• Solid understanding of solution development processes.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals.
• Experience with documentation and stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language.
• Understanding of APIs and structured data handling.
• Aware of build automation and deployment pipelines.
• Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and NLP applications.

Benefits

• Monthly Salary: PHP 65,000.
• Paid bi-monthly on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month.
