We are seeking a proactive and organised Digital Marketing Assistant to support our portfolio directors across various companies and projects, focusing on technology, SaaS, fintech, and fashion.

In Short

• Remote position for Philippine-based applicants only.
• Manage social media accounts with content creation and engagement.
• Maintain and update customer and marketing databases.
• Conduct market research and prepare reports.
• Liaise with suppliers and manage orders.
• Full-time role with fixed shift hours.
• Requires discipline, commitment, and professionalism.
• Use of time-tracking software during work hours.
• Monthly salary of Php 35,000.
• Eligible for benefits after probation period.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a marketing or administrative role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other marketing tools.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.

Benefits

• Monthly Salary: Php 35,000.
• Paid bi-monthly on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month.
• Overtime pay and benefits on Philippine public holidays.
• 10 days annual leave credits after 6 months.
• 5 days of sick leave after probation.
• HMO offered after 6-months’ probation.
• Eligible for 13th Month Pay after 30 days.

• Fixed shift times: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday.
