• Position: Primary Care Physician (MD) specializing in Geriatric Care
• Location: Los Angeles, CA with on-site, home visits, and virtual care
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM with flexibility and on-call rotation

Requirements

• Doctorate degree in Medicine
• 2+ years of experience as a Physician
• 1+ year in Geriatric Care, Senior Care, or Long-Term Care
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active California MD license and DEA registration
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
• Preferred: PACE experience and bilingual in Spanish
