At 1KOMMA5°, we are building Europe's leading energy software platform 'Heartbeat', creating a virtual power plant that connects photovoltaic systems, power storage, heat pumps, and customer charging stations, significantly increasing the profitability of interconnected customer systems.

In Short

• Develop and implement a cross-channel social media strategy to increase brand awareness, community growth, and lead generation, focusing on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Content strategy & editorial planning: Manage the monthly content flow (video, static, reels, stories, UGC) in close collaboration with Brand, Performance, Creative Studio, and external creators.
• Channel management & community building: Responsible for organic growth, building active communities, trend screening, and developing recognizable formats and brand messages.
• Performance monitoring & reporting: Derive data-driven learnings from KPIs such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and content performance, focusing on scalability and impact.
• Coordinate external partners: Build and develop a strong social media team, including managing freelancers, creator collaborations, and influencer campaigns.

Requirements

• Completed studies in media sciences, communication sciences, psychology, online marketing, or similar content- or community-oriented programs with a strategic focus.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in social media, ideally in the DTC sector, in a digital brand or a disruptive tech environment.
• Experience with scaling performance channels (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) and building organic communities.
• Success in developing social media strategies that integrate brand, community, and performance with a sense of storytelling, tone, and relevance.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social), creator platforms (e.g., Modash, Influencity), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Brandwatch, etc.) and the ability to translate KPIs into real learnings.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Paid, Brand, and PR, with a high standard for quality, speed, and collaboration.
