Accounts Receivable Accountant & Back Office - Remote

Overview

The role involves managing accounts receivable functions and back-office tasks for a leading energy software platform.

In Short

• Responsible for all outgoing invoices and their creation.
• Manage re-billing and recurring invoices.
• Handle dunning and receivables management.
• Prepare payment transactions.
• Record documents in DATEV for both ER and AR.
• Perform simple back-office tasks such as mail handling.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training with at least 2 years of professional experience.
• Experience in accounts receivable accounting.
• Ideally possess DATEV knowledge.
• Experience in invoice creation.
• Fluent in German (C-Level).
