Field Marketing Specialist - Remote

Overview

1001 is seeking a proactive, creative, and highly motivated Field Marketing Specialist to be our brand's "boots-on-the-ground" in Baghdad. This role is responsible for the hands-on execution of our local brand strategy, from driving brand presence and high-impact events to supporting our partners. You will be the marketing team's "eyes and ears," providing critical intelligence on local trends and competitor activities. The ideal candidate is a sharp communicator, deeply connected to Iraqi culture, and passionate about establishing 1001 as a media and tech leader.

In Short

• Own the end-to-end planning and flawless execution of 1001's presence at key events.
• Serve as the primary on-the-ground marketing contact for B2B partners.
• Monitor and report on all online/offline marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate on localized narratives and creative concepts.
• Represent 1001 at industry events and build relationships.
• Track and report on all field marketing KPIs.

Requirements

• Must be a resident of Baghdad.
• 1-3+ years of experience in field marketing or related roles.
• Proven ability to plan and execute events.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong understanding of the Iraqi media and cultural landscape.
• Experience in media, tech, or telecommunications is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
