In Short

• Lead field execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency and alignment with national strategies.
• Adapt marketing initiatives to local territory needs without compromising brand messaging.
• Collect and report structured field insights on customers, competitors, and clinical behavior to inform marketing plans.
• Act as the marketing liaison to sales teams, promoting adoption of tools, messaging, and resources.
• Support onboarding and training of sales reps with marketing-driven materials, positioning, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with regional sales leaders to align marketing efforts and avoid duplication.
• Track program performance and provide feedback to U.S. and global marketing teams to optimize campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial marketing (product, brand, or field) in medical device, biotech, or healthcare.
• Strong strategic, insight-driven approach with excellent execution skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to engage sales teams, clinicians, and customers.
• Comfortable working independently in the field and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Willingness to travel domestically as required.
• Previous sales or clinical field experience, especially in surgical environments.
