Senior Community Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Community Manager to join our team in London. The 1000heads team is a proud, powerful collective of Social Media obsessives, driven to deliver kick-ass editorial + social conversation to some of the world’s most impressive brands. You will work closely with a whole host of departmental specialists, from Insights to Design to Strategy, to deliver transformational social-first work for our clients.

In Short

• You will work with a team of Community Managers and Social Executives and contribute to and manage their overall success.
• You will be the key client contact in Social Media and Community Management.
• This role will drive best-in-class organic social activations and campaign initiatives.
• A key part of this role is managing the smooth delivery of editorial calendars and social-first creative.
• You will work directly with our creative studio to ideate, brief and generate engaging content.
• Highly creative copywriting that flexes for all things social.
• A vital element of this role is developing editorial themes, calendars and guidelines.
• Responsible for monitoring conversations and creating exciting conversational connections.
• Strategically feeding into reporting on monthly, quarterly and bi-annual reports.
• We remain culturally attuned and constantly challenge the team and our clients.

Requirements

• Track record in social and digital or integrated marketing in an agency environment with five years’ experience, minimum.
• Previous experience working at an agency that champions social-first communication.
• Immersed in social algorithms to optimise content production.
• Excellent internal and external stakeholders’ relationships manager.
• An excellent writer with a knack for social copywriting.
• Ability to work under pressure while examining the finer details.
• Experience working with big collaborative teams.
• Superb organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using a wide variety of social platforms and tools.
• Proficiency in social publishing tools like Sprinklr, Opal, Hootsuite and SproutSocial.
• Must speak the native language.
• People comfortable with content creation for short-form video.
• A passion in sport, particularly football – a massive plus.
• Interest in music, gaming and food also a positive.
