Overview

The Senior Director, Global Advocacy & Policy will be a pivotal leader responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive advocacy strategy for Dexcom, focusing on the needs of people with diabetes and shaping the external policy environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in patient advocacy or public affairs.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry.
• Direct experience with diabetes community organizations is desirable.
• Proven track record of successful advocacy strategies.
• Experience navigating regulatory and reimbursement landscapes.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 20+ years of industry experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to connect advocacy efforts to business objectives.
