The HR IT Architect will be responsible for optimizing HR technology architecture in alignment with the company's overall strategy, focusing on improving HR processes through technology.

Requirements

• Independent and goal-oriented work style with excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Experience with architecture frameworks and optional TOGAF certification.
