We are seeking a remote Virtual Assistant – Appointment Setter to join our team in Argentina. This role involves supporting business development and sales efforts through high-volume outbound calls and effective communication.

In Short

  • Make 50+ outbound calls per day to prospective clients.
  • Engage decision-makers via phone and email to schedule meetings.
  • Follow up persistently to keep leads engaged.
  • Book meetings and manage calendars for the Business Development team.
  • Log all activities into PipeDrive CRM.
  • Provide daily updates to leadership on calls and meetings.
  • Maintain organized follow-ups to ensure no opportunities are lost.
  • Proactively learn about supported industries.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies.

Requirements

  • Fluent in professional English (written & spoken).
  • Enjoy making 50+ calls per day.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM tools.
  • Fast learner with a desire to improve.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
