Senior YouTube Media Buyer - Remote

Overview

As our Senior YouTube Media Buyer, you'll be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing YouTube ad campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients.

In Short

• Strategically build, launch, and manage YouTube ad campaigns inside Google Ads.
• Conduct audience research, competitor research, and keyword research.
• Create targeting structures and testing frameworks aligned with client goals.
• Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and CPL targets.
• Collaborate with our creative team on video ad scripts, hooks, and performance feedback.
• Provide strategic insights and clear reporting to the internal team and clients.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, platform changes, and creative best practices.
• Assist with scaling successful campaigns while maintaining efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing YouTube ads inside Google Ads.
• Proven track record of managing ad budgets at $30K+/month.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Hyros, etc).
• Deep knowledge of audience targeting, creative strategy, and scaling methods.
• Comfortable reading and interpreting data to drive campaign decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and experience presenting performance insights.
• Familiar with scripting and guiding direct response ad creatives.
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
