Senior YouTube Media Buyer - Remote

Overview

As our Senior YouTube Media Buyer, you'll be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing YouTube ad campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients. You'll work closely with our creative and strategy teams to drive performance and scale campaigns with confidence.

In Short

• Strategically build, launch, and manage YouTube ad campaigns inside Google Ads
• Conduct audience research, competitor research, and keyword research
• Create targeting structures and testing frameworks aligned with client goals
• Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and CPL targets
• Collaborate with our creative team on video ad scripts, hooks, and performance feedback
• Provide strategic insights and clear reporting to the internal team and clients
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, platform changes, and creative best practices
• Assist with scaling successful campaigns while maintaining efficiency

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing YouTube ads inside Google Ads
• Proven track record of managing ad budgets at $30K+/month
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Hyros, etc.)
• Deep knowledge of audience targeting, creative strategy, and scaling methods
• Comfortable reading and interpreting data to drive campaign decisions
• Excellent communication skills and experience presenting performance insights
• Familiar with scripting and guiding direct response ad creatives
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail and time management skills
