Overview

The Engagement Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing teams to drive successful customer outcomes with Salesforce implementations, managing complex projects while ensuring adherence to Salesforce methodology.

• Project Management Methodology Certification (PMP, SAFe, Scrum).
• Proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with enterprise-scale CRM solutions is a plus.
