Overview

Echtra Games is looking for an exceptional Gameplay Technical Director to join the team and help craft Echtra’s next exciting cross-platform AAA ARPG game.

In Short

• Responsible for the gameplay engineering team and results.
• Understand game designs and systems, and make them a reality.
• Lead and mentor a team of gameplay engineers.
• Collaborate with other engineers, designers, and artists to craft a great gameplay experience.
• Use your knowledge of the game’s design to ensure systems and designs are faithfully and completely implemented in the game in a timely fashion.

Requirements

• Experience shipping AAA games in a leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of the latest versions of Unreal.
• Experience owning large gameplay systems from implementation to shipping.
• Strong knowledge of C++.
